During the first decade of May 2010 internal audit revealed more than nine hundred active accounts created in violation of the referral program. Using of these accounts those who organized network of "pseudo-referrals (the region - Kazakhstan) wrongfully appropriated significant funds belonging to the EDS. The total amount of damage is being specified.
As of today, the company begins to pay its current obligations to customers.
The first will be performed calculations with those collaborating with the company both in the establishment of network representations and non-formal promotion, and then - with the oldest customers, and then - with all the other customers (according to registration date).
Payments to those who caused fraudulent acts against EDS "Impulse", as well as those who are distributed defamatory information against EDS, will be the last.
Taking into attention the imbalance between the company's debt and the availability of real assets on its accounts in some cases calculations can be made without interest.
With great regret "Impulse Holdings Limited confirms its guilt in the creation of too liberal referral program, what eventually became the main reason of the system’s bankruptcy. Necessary control was not given to actions of those who organized referral networking; explanatory work with clients was not conducted properly; the range of nuances essential to conducting business in Internet was not taken into account.
EDS "Impulse" administration brings its sincere apologies to all the participants of the system and hopes that the majority of our customers will be able to give an objective assessment of the circumstances.
