Today was scheduled to be payday, but when I ran the queries and compared the totals to the funds available in the accounts (we estimate how much is needed monthly and attempt to have the estimated amounts ready by the 15th) we came up short on Stormpay which is not possible, as long as everyone is following the terms. However it seems this month many of you that upgraded via another processor have changed your cashout details to Stormpay

This is not going to work we currently have approx. $200,000 in Stormpay ready to be sent however the mass pay file I generated earlier today totalled $260,000, I think you can see the problem here. I now need to implement code to ensure those that actually used Stormpay to upgrade their accounts (we're talking original investments and majority of current valid upgrade units) these members will be first to receive Stormpay funds and once I am able to isolate these members (should be this morning 01-16) their scheduled cashouts will be sent immediately.

E-gold - Here is the situation with e-gold, up until about 2 weeks ago we have been pooling all of the funds received via e-gold into one private offline investment program, this program like many others, including us had been watching the developments with e-gold following the 3 days of down time back in December, which was later revealed to be result of a thorough evaluation of their system and their databases by a team of operatives directed mainly by US agencies investigating e-gold. We were informed by the program administration that effective immediately e-gold was no longer being accepted, nor will we be receiving any more earnings via e-gold, we were advised to switch everything to e-bullion and to reduce our e-gold holdings ASAP. So we did just that, I immediately removed e-gold as an upgrade option and focused on reducing the funds we had in the e-gold system. This has nothing at all to do with my personal opinion of the situation, I still feel that I had no choice in the matter, in order to protect your investments and continue to be able to pay all of you your earnings this was my only option. So earnings from this investment will now be paid to e-bullion and we expect to begin receiving payments to our e-bullion account in about 2 weeks.

If you have current upgrades that were funded with e-gold or you are expecting a cashout from upgrades funded with e-gold you will need to open an e-bullion account and change your cashout details accordingly.

The payments will resume and you will be paid what you are owed, there is just going to be a delay of 2 -3 weeks while everyone is able to transition to e-bullion.

As always we will continue to work hard to make life as we know it easier for us all, I know all of this information is not good news, however I feel it could be a lot worse and I am confident that we will receive the returns we are expecting we just need to be patient and watch as Internet history is made.

Paypal-- Our situation with Paypal has not improved all that much since last month, we were able to send your earnings finally by transferring funds in from outside the system, and we were able to do this again for 911hitz. However both programs experienced a delay of a week or more because of this. I like Paypal and I like their system, but I do not like being short every month when it comes time to pay you guys. Paypal has dropped from being the most used processor here at Grandhits to now being the least used. Those of you that remember not long ago I had the Paypal system working very well here, and I am confident that if Paypal will allow us to operate without freezing our account I can get the Paypal to flow once again. The one thing I am waiting on is our Federal Tax ID number from the IRS, once I receive this from the IRS it will be sent to Paypal for the final verification they are requesting from us. So I will once again struggle through another round of cashouts with Paypal. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated as always.

AND FINALLY

After watching the developments over the last week or two and seeing no problems so far with the flow of gold through the e-gold system. I think I am willing to once again accept upgrades via e-gold, however I think this is a decision that should be left to you the members to make. You need to realize that e-gold is still extremely volatile and the funds within the e-gold system could be subject to seizure at anytime. If you do decide to continue using e-gold we will not be able to make any guarantee of the security of your e-gold entrusted to us. In other words we will not be held liable for any funds sent to our accounts that may get caught in the e-gold system when and if the e-gold system is frozen or seized. Status of Programs

Currently both programs are at a stand still. After Stormpay had reduced our account to nothing with chargebacks they have now suspended it, I really hope they are stopped. Our main e-gold / e-bullion investment has disappeared as well. Scheduled to pay us weekly through November 2006, it did not last through January. After being optimistic that the admin would resurface and the payouts would continue, it has now been 3 weeks and I do not think we will ever see any of these funds again. All of this leaves us with absolutely nothing in our accounts.

Unfortunately we will have to close the programs, there is no possible way we can continue after everything has been stolen like this. I am very disappointed, as many of you know we did not run our programs based on a pyramid / ponzi system, we honestly had a paying investment that we pooled the funds into. Now that this has disappeared it seems that it may have been a pyramid type scheme itself. Extended due diligence was done on this investement so it shows you that everything in the hyip world (private or not) is a gamble.

I have enjoyed running the programs over the past year and have gained much experience. Once I am able to locate a a few solid investments in which to diversify funds, I imagine we will launch a new program possibly as soon as 2 weeks to a month from now. That is if the community will allow us to, as I understand that all of you are looking for someone to blame and I probably fill that role for you. I honestly believed that we had everything in place to operate at least another year, this is definately not the beginning of 2006 I had planned for. I will be able to continue because I know that this was all out of my hands, I will admit to the investement in Panama as being my fault, it has turned out to be a bad investment decision on my part, and for this I apoligize. But as far as being a theif and stealing all of these funds, I have a clean conscience, if the funds were still in our possession I wouldn't be writing this email that is for sure.

These are now difficult times ahead for everyone. I know that if we work together we can make it work again, there is no doubt about this. So tentatively our next program will pay out once a week, but I imagine the earnings rate will be much more on the conservative side. Alot has been learned with our current programs, and those lessons will all be applied into the development of the next program. We will have more details and possibly a pre-launch soon.
